As Director of Program Management, Chris is responsible for the oversight of technical delivery and user experiences related to products and services sold.

Chris is a 30-year technology veteran leading and coordinating programs from architectural design through implementation. Chris is both recognized and takes great pride in being accountable and responsible for successful program delivery measured by customer satisfaction. Previously as the Program Manager for California’s largest technology upgrade, CALNET3, Chris wrote contracts, oversaw services delivery and ensured contract compliance. Chris is also an experienced entrepreneur having founded a successful technology consultancy covering the United States, Canada and Mexico. Chris earned a PHD/JD in Information Technology and has accomplished 27 technology certifications from companies such as Amazon, Microsoft and Project Management Institute just to name a few. In his spare time he volunteers as a SCUBA instructor to the Boy Scouts of America, Wounded Warriors and the Northern California Paralympic Training Program. He loves to spend time with family and friends taking time to do camping, SCUBA Diving, Fly Fishing, Mountain Biking, Hiking, or Wine Tasting.
